Proofs
Artwork or commissions are produced on a bespoke basis, by entering any discussion, production or payment of any digital or physical matter you are agree that you legally hold the correct copyright permissions applicable to use any artwork produced or amended by Dankslapz. The copyright of general artwork, commissioned artwork and illustrations and anything else whatsoever prepared, developed or created by Dankslapz are properties of Dankslapz or the paying customer, by proceeding with an order you agree that you legally hold the correct copyright permissions to use any artwork commissions produced, and any legal repercussions as a result of any association with, or the production of any design, amendments or physical printed matter, are solely the responsibility of the customer and not associated with the personal views of Dankslapz or any representative associates.
Delivery and Payment
Turnaround is measured in Working Days, defined as Monday - Friday, and excluding weekends, and national / bank holidays. Standard turnaround is measured starting from the following working day commencing from payment. For fully custom artworks or commissions please allow an average of 7-14 working days, and for printed matter 3-5 working days. Please note that these turn around times are based on averages and any amendments, changes to artwork, delayed communication may result in extended turn around times. Please contact us first to discuss artwork before obtaining a confirmation on turn around. Discrepancies in works or orders placed, recieved or otherwise are subject to a maximum of 3 months validity from the date of payment. Jobs that have surpassed the 3 months timeframe from the point of payment will not be subject to completion or cancellation, will not be refundable and will be viewed as a historic and completed job.
Variations in Quality and Quantity
Every endeavour will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered. However please allow for some fluctuation within the spectrum of quality or quantity. Variation is inherent in the print process and it is understood and accepted as reasonable that minor variations are immaterial and acceptable up to 8% within the print and design industry, and that dankslapz shall have no liability in respect of such variations. Regarding print production all reasonable efforts shall be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction on customer’s work but variation is inherent in the print process and it is understood and accepted as reasonable that, Dankslapz shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between the customer’s photograph, transparency, proof, electronic graphic file, previously printed matter or any other materials supplied by the customer and the printed article the subject of the customer’s order. A range of machines, inks or physical processes may be used to achieve the final product which can also be responsible for vacation in production. For example there may be slight changes in richness, vibrancy, physical coating to some medias, inks or products depending on print process and turnaround. Payment and Refunds
Payment for any job is required in FULL before the job can commence production. Payment for digital artworks or commissions are taken as a security measure to guarantee the customer a position in the work queue, and may not guarantee that the work is undertaken or completed immediately. Digital artwork payments are taken as form of NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. By making payment you agree to our Terms and Conditions. No refunds will be given for any artwork, design commission or physical print job that has been undertaken once payment has been received. Payment is taken and secured in FULL for design. In the event that an order is missing or defective due to merchant error, the order will be replaced in suffice to damaged or missing goods or in full. Force Majeure
Dankslapz, any employees or associates acting on behalf of dankslapz, shall be under no liability (and shall not be obliged to refund all or part of any fees paid by the customer) if it shall be unable to perform any obligation which is owed by it to the customer for any reason beyond his control including (without limiting the foregoing) Act of God, legislation, war, fire, flood, drought, failure of power supply, lock-out, strike or other action taken by employees in contemplation or furtherance of a dispute or owing to any inability to procure materials required for the performance of the contract.
